We enroll students on a first come-first serve basis. Our after-school art workshops fill very quickly, so we encourage you to submit an application as soon as possible to AFTH if your child is interested in attending. You may download an application from this website and return it to Arts From The Heart at the address listed below. Please be certain to complete both pages in their entirety and also be certain to provide your signature in the space provided. We can not accept incomplete applications. We will contact you by phone to confirm your child's enrollment or by letter if your child has been placed on our waiting list.
